Review: Great. At first, the 5th wave was rather confusing. I got confused at the past/present tense, and the unannounced perspective changes. But I got into the book. Part II of the book was amazing. The 5th Wave is very similar to The Host by Stephanie Meyer. I have a love/hate relationship with Cassie, the main character. She's a great character, although flawed in ways that I hate. I didn't have any real favourite characters: they weren't the best around. But overall, The 5th Wave was a good book.
